Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We use secure third-party payment processors (Stripe) to handle financial transactions.

Cancellation policies vary depending on the specific service and provider. Generally:

• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the service date may be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 24-48 hours may incur a partial fee.
• No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours are typically non-refundable.
